人は変わる

自分も他人も変わる

だからこそ、

今ある関係を大切にした方がいい

その関係は永遠のものではないのだから

聞き入れてはもらえない

昔の自分へのアドバイス

People change—
myself, and everyone around me.
And because we change,
the bonds we have now
are worth holding gently,
while they’re still here.

None of it lasts forever.

It’s advice I wish
my younger self
would have listened to—
but never did.

冷たい風が吹き抜ける

体温を逃さないように

身を縮める

でもたまに、

ハッと思い出すことがある

自分が頑張っている理由

体は冷たくなったけど

心はなぜか温くなった

A cold wind
sweeps through me,
and I fold into myself
to keep the warmth from slipping away.

But sometimes—
in a sudden flash—
I remember
why I’m holding on,
why I keep going.

My body is chilled,
but somehow,
my heart
finds its warmth again.

クリスマスにお正月

気分が上がらないわけじゃない

でも、、、少し寂しい

この楽しかった2025年が

終わってほしくない

布団の中で丸くなる

everything is slipping
toward winter.

Christmas, New Year…
it’s not that I’m not excited.
I am.
But still—
there’s a small ache in me.

I don’t want
this warm, bright 2025
to end.

So I curl up
beneath the covers,
trying to hold on
just a little longer.

君は毎日

僕らを照らしてくれる

温かい光でこの世界に

平和をもたらしてくれる

ただ君に知って欲しいのは

君を照らしている存在もいるってこと

2人が仲良く

支え合っているのを

僕らはずっと見ていたい

your warm light
bringing a kind of peace
only you can give.

But I want you to know
you’re not the only one
who shines.

There is a light
that falls on you, too.

And the two of you,
glowing for each other,
holding each other up—
that’s a sight

何度も

何度も僕のことを

祈りを込めるたびに救ってくれた

指輪が壊れてしまった

これから先、何に頼ればいい、、、

指輪が治るように

僕自身に祈りを捧げる


“At the End of Prayer”

Again and again,

pulled me back from the edge.

But now the ring
that held all those hopes
has broken.

What am I supposed to lean on
from here?

So I offer a prayer—
not to the ring,
but to myself—
that it might be mended,
and so might I.
