A room full of teenagers,
each scratching words
into the quiet.

My pen has stopped.

my friend’s given up,
face buried in the desk.

I’ll fight to the end—
even if we both
end up losing.

“燃える葉”

紅葉の季節

葉が真っ赤に燃えている

燃え尽きて

落ちた葉を拾い上げる

燃えているように見えるけど

冷たい

まるで僕の心の様

Burning Leaves

Autumn paints the trees in flame—
each leaf a memory
of fire.

I lift one
from the ground,
its burning days long gone.

It still looks alive,
as if it remembers
the heat it once held.

But in my hand,
it’s cold—
like the heart
I carry.

夜道を歩いていて
